Connected through a mentorship program at the beginning of their careers, Stephanie Ko and Tammy Garcia quickly realized they had the same core values and goals for their businesses. They get joy from helping others, always try to keep up with new trends, have a love for architecture and interior design and just generally enjoy working with and for people! Real estate is a people industry. Being a part of one of the biggest decisions that people make in finding a home or financial investment is an honor and a blessing! With these shared values in mind, it wasn’t long before Stephanie and Tammy began to work together as an official real estate team.
Stephanie and Tammy are real go-getters who complement each other’s strengths. Stephanie is very personable and very visual. A graduate of Cal-Poly Pomona, Stephanie is a true Southern Californian and her love and passion for the region shines in her work. Her clients love her because of her warm and friendly demeanor, great attitude, superior customer service, and dedication to getting results. Raised in the age of Internet and social media, Stephanie is on the cutting edge of marketing and technology, giving her clients a true advantage in this competitive market. She is also bilingual in Korean and English, an important skill in multicultural California. Stephanie and her husband divide their time between Palm Springs and San Diego, where they both grew up. Stephanie enjoys painting, being outside, and trying new restaurants in her free time.
Tammy’s positive energy and attitude is very reassuring to her clients and helps them stay calm throughout the transaction as she expertly and skillfully negotiates every step. She works tirelessly to help her clients achieve their real estate goals, whether that’s the purchase or sale of a luxury estate, investment property, or first home. Originally from the Midwest, Tammy first moved to San Diego when her husband was stationed at Camp Pendleton in the mid 90’s. When she’s not working hard for her clients, Tammy loves to take advantage of her beautiful surroundings in San Diego by running on the beach, going stand-up paddle boarding, and hiking with her family as often as possible.
